Merchants Capital announces that it has commenced operations pursuant to the commencement letter dated 19 May 2019 received from the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
The commencement letter completes the licensing process that began with the CMA’s approval in December 2018. Merchants Capital has now commenced business, offering arranging and advising services to companies across the Kingdom.
