Merchants Capital announces the appointment of Raed Alammari to its Board of Directors.
Raed brings expertise in two areas central to Merchants Capital’s growth. In asset management, he led business development for the asset management arm of Jadwa Investment, served on its investment advisory team and sat on the boards of a number of Jadwa’s public and private funds, after building the asset management sales and marketing function at Samba Financial Group. In investor relations, he managed complex relationships with sophisticated Saudi and international investors, applying international best practice.
Raed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University and is a Chartered Wealth Manager. His appointment strengthens the Board as Merchants Capital expands its client and investor franchise.
