On 5 January 2025, one of Jadwa Investment’s funds appointed Merchants Capital as its sole buy-side M&A advisor in connection with the potential acquisition of a prominent real estate development company.
Acting on the fund’s behalf, Merchants Capital will evaluate the opportunity and its fit with the fund’s strategy, lead the due diligence process, and negotiate the terms of the transaction, supporting the fund through execution to closing.
